This notice does not itself grant a license. Use is governed by the PostQ Software Product License
Agreement, the PostQ Code Scanner Product Terms, and the participant's completed entitlement or
beta-license record. Third-party components remain governed by their applicable licenses.

The scanner provides detection and assessment information and may produce false positives, false
negatives, unresolved parameters, or incomplete context. It does not certify FIPS compliance,
post-quantum safety, security, or legal compliance. Results require appropriate technical review.
